Our first stop was to see the Hallgrimskirkja Church which is very unique from the outside and rather plain on the inside. They do have a nice organ and you can ride the elevator to the top and have 360 degree views of Reykjavik. Our next stop was the Einar Jonsson Museum to see the wonderful sculpture garden. We stopped and took a photo of the “Monument to the Unknown Bureaucrat” and several other pieces of artwork.

Our last stop was to “Fly Over Iceland” which was a great experience. The captivating presentation took us on a virtual flight over Iceland’s stunning landscapes. The photography was remarkable, and the sensation of flying was so realistic that we could feel the mist from waterfalls and even catch a whiff of sulfur near the volcanoes. It was an extraordinary experience that left us in awe of Iceland’s natural wonders.
