Berlin, Germany

We didn’t have a lot of time in Berlin, so we took a short walk and visited the Kaiser Wilhelm Church which was built in the 1890’s. It was badly damaged in the 1943 bombing and all that remains is the old tower. It has been turned into a memorial. The ceiling is very ornate and beautiful.

We also visited the “Clock of Flowing Time”  which is a  13m-tall water clock that tracks time by filling various glass spheres.
