City of Caves Tour, Nottingham, England

Nottingham has the UK’s largest network of caves – over 800 are hidden beneath its streets. The caves are carved out of sandstone and have been in use for over a thousand years. They have been used as a tannery, public house cellars, and as an air raid shelter.
