Split, Croatia

We have spent a few days in Split. The old town is interesting to stroll around in, but very busy. It was once a walled city (from the 1400’s to the late 1700’s) so there are a lot of remaining ruins from that era. Split has a very busy port as it is a major transport hub, bringing in lots of tourists. We also spent time exploring Marjan Park.
