Garner State Park, Concan, TX

This was another old favorite in the hill country. The hike seemed more difficult than I remembered. Lots of scrambling up steep rock and it did not seem as enjoyable.

On our drive through the hill country we spotted some white buffalo, which was a first for me and a striking change from the usual brown herds.
