Hanoi, Vietnam

This is our first day in Hanoi so we took a stroll around the Old Quarter and the nearby lake. We thought that the traffic in Phnom Penh was bad, but the Hanoi traffic is even worse. We learned that there are around 5 million motorcycles with a population of 7.5 million people. You learn to be very careful walking down the street and crossing the street. There is traffic coming from every direction and the green crossing light doesn’t mean much.

We tried an Indian restaurant for dinner. They had really good and flavorful food. We were a bit surprised when they delivered our Naan. The garlic bread was huge and enough for about 6 people.
