Lisbon, Portugal

This was our first day in Lisbon. We decided to wander through the Alfama District which is at the heart of the city and is one of the oldest neighborhoods. It is characterized by hilly, narrow cobblestone streets. We walked to the top of the hill where we had great views of the city and the Tagus River. We shared the narrow roads with trams, tuk tuk’s, mini buses and cars.
