Palm Springs, CA

During our visit to Palm Springs we took the 10 minute ride on the Aerial Tramway. It is the world’s largest rotating tram car—travels over 2 1/2 miles along the cliffs of Chino Canyon, transporting visitors to the pristine wilderness of Mt. San Jacinto State Park and Wilderness Area. During this ten-minute journey, tram cars rotate slowly, offering spectacular vistas of the valley below. WOW! It is quite the 10 minute ride, but it was worth it. We also took a nice hike in the park with 360 degree views of the valley far below.
