Palo Duro Canyon State Park, located in the heart of the Texas Panhandle, is a majestic and rugged landscape that is often referred to as the “Grand Canyon of Texas.” This expansive park features the nation’s second-largest canyon, carved by millions of years of water erosion from the Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River.
